Movie Review: Hello

Director: Atul Agnihotri

Actors: Gul Panag, Mohanlal, Parvathi Melton, Sharman Joshi, Sohail Khan.

Useless but special appearances: Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif & Arbaaz Khan.

I have not read Chetan Bhagat's novel, but after watching this movie, i dont even feel like touching the novel next time i go to a bookstore. First of all, whats with the racist remarks against the whites, Vroom got angry when an american made negative remarks about india. But in the same movie they are saying that a 35 year old american's brain is as good as a 10 year old Indian's?

Moreover, I donot appreciate the fact that they took to speaking lies just to increase their call flow. Werent the people in boston listening to their calls??? I mean if 500 call center employees are telling their every caller that their computer has a virus, isnt that ridiculous.

and in the end portraying Katrina Kaif to be G-d or a messenger of G-d, was like a nail in the coffin.

The songs are one of the worst of the latest times, and totally useless in the movie.

The call center doesnt look like a call center. 6 agents each one sitting in a huuuge room?? get realistic directors. No wonder these people would lose their jobs.

I give 1 star for the excellent acting of Sharman Joshi and especially Sohail Khan. Sohail generally tends to overact, but the scene in this movie where he destroys the cafeteria is played very nicely. You could actually see the rage in his eyes.
